Mules love vanity scams, mostly because we know darned tootin’ we’re not in the running for anything – or nothing worth winning.
Which is why the Mules will take a bow but decline to pay $100 for the lovely award from the U.S. Local Business Association.
A nod of thanks to an USLBA Award Plaque Scam notice from another blog that ranks well for the phrase – add some link juice to that old girl, huzzah!
Our opinion is that this is not entirely a scam, presuming an award is actually created and sent. More of a low-value fishing (no “ph” that we know about) expedition to see who bites.
Anyone who does probably has an online MBA on the wall, too.
